Talk to usConnections run through a licensed provider with the Greek banks that support it, and are enabled per company. The first connection brings in up to two years of history. Until then, or for any bank that can't connect, you import transactions from CSV or Excel: Greek bank encodings are recognised, up to 10,000 rows per file, with no duplicates.
The connection runs through Enable Banking, a licensed account information provider. DCashflow only sees balances and transactions: it cannot make payments or move money. Your consent lasts up to 90 days and you can withdraw it at any time with “Disconnect”.
Every customer has their own separate database. It shares no table with any other business. Access is by invitation only, with roles per company, and every change is recorded in the audit log.
As accurate as the data you enter. Invoices count at their probability of being paid, the app learns how late each customer pays from their settled invoices, and you see three scenarios: base, optimistic and conservative. If expenses are missing, it won't show you a false "safe".
No. DCashflow doesn't do bookkeeping. It works alongside your accounting software and answers one question: how much cash you'll have each day over the coming weeks. Data comes in by hand, from Excel, from your bank, from your accounting software and, for taxes, from myDATA.
Yes, with both. With your accounting software, once the link is switched on: your cash book balance, your bank account balances and the categories of your transactions update automatically every hour. With AADE’s myDATA: your admin enters the company’s access keys and DCashflow gets read-only access to income, expenses and VAT per quarter and the year’s documents, shown under Taxes and used to fill in the tax calendar. If your software doesn't connect yet, you bring in transactions, invoices and loan schedules from Excel or CSV, or enter them by hand, and your bank connects directly, read-only. Tell us when we talk which software you use, and we'll work out together the quickest way to bring your data in.
As soon as your company is set up. With an Excel file of transactions and your open invoices, you see a forecast from day one. Taxes (VAT, income tax) are estimated by the app in one click. Or, in an empty company, you load a sample Greek SME and try it before bringing your own.
The subscription is €49.99 a month, or €499.99 a year billed annually, VAT included. The yearly plan comes out almost two months free. For accounting firms and groups with many companies, terms are agreed separately, together with the trial.
We walk through DCashflow together with examples from your sector and discuss how to bring in your own data.
