Terms of Use

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of the DCashflow platform, a cash-flow forecasting service for businesses, and of its website. Subscription prices are those published on the website and include VAT. For accounting firms and groups, terms and any trial use are agreed separately.

2. Access and accounts

• Access is by invitation only. There is no public sign-up.
• DINAMI.AI sets up the company, and the customer’s administrator adds members with the role of Owner, Admin, Member or Viewer.
• Each user keeps their password secure and informs us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Nature of the forecast

DCashflow is an estimation tool. The forecast, scenarios, alerts and suggested moves are derived from the data the customer enters and from assumptions the customer sets. They do not constitute financial, tax, accounting or investment advice, nor do they replace the business’s accountant or adviser. Decisions remain the customer’s responsibility.

4. Customer data

The data a customer enters belongs to the customer. We process it only to provide the service, in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the data processing agreement. The customer is responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data it enters.

5. Acceptable use

The platform may not be used for unlawful purposes, to attempt unauthorized access to other parties’ data, to interfere with its operation, or to copy it.

6. Availability

We make every reasonable effort to keep the service available and secure. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. Features that depend on third parties, such as bank connections via open banking or reading from AADE’s myDATA, are enabled per company and depend on those third parties’ availability.

7. Intellectual property

The software, the DCashflow name and logo, and the content of the website belong to DINAMI.AI G.P. Using the service grants no rights beyond its use under these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DINAMI.AI is not liable for indirect damage or loss of profit arising from decisions taken on the basis of the forecast. Our total liability is set out in the contract with each customer.

9. Changes

We may revise these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest change, and we notify our customers of material changes.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules. Before going to court, we encourage you to contact us at hello@dinami.ai to settle it amicably.
